If you’re new to model railroad operations, or intrigued what all the fuss is about, join the Twin Cities Division on Saturday, February 24th for our third annual operations day.
This event is geared toward those new to operations with the objectives of having fun, learning more about model railroad operations, and will likely result in getting yourself invited back for more sessions. It will start with a “Meet the hosts” breakfast at the IHop on Killebrew Dr.(just south of the MOA) at 7:30am. Come enjoy breakfast and meet the owners of the layouts you’ll be operating on. Each operator will operate on two layouts that day. The first layout at 9:30am till Noon (2 1/2 hours). Lunch is on your own till 1pm. 2nd layout from 1pm to 3:30pm. Everyone will operate 2 layouts.
All we ask for is a $10 donation to help the Twin Cities Division fund future model railroad programs and events.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, reserve your spot now by emailing us here at the Twin Cities Division Events.
We’ll close registration in mid-February.
